My brother recently pointed out some store damage to my roof, suggested I contact Royalty Roofing. They recently replaced the roof on his home and he couldn’t say enough good things about them. Well I called the office number on Tuesday morning and was promptly greeted by a friendly and helpful assistant, sorry I forget her name. She asked when she could schedule someone to come out an look at the roof. When asked about a Saturday appointment, she replied “no problem, will this Saturday work?” Imagine my surprise in getting an appointment so quickly. We were scheduled for 9am on Saturday, due to a delay at a prior appointment, Greg called to say he would be delayed and offered to find a new time to not inconvenience my schedule, surprise #2. I told him I was home and would wait for him, he provided a new time and met that time as promised. Greg and Anthony showed up and review the damage, nothing major but did require some slight attention. Anthony proceeded to climb up on the roof and reattached the effected shingles.
I am amazed by their customer service and the fact that neither of them attempted to sell me something I didn’t need and took the time to correct the issue. This is the type of customer service that amazes. I have worked with many contractors and have never seen such amazing customer service. I unfortunately (or fortunately) didn’t need to have a full roof repair but if I did, it would be with Royalty Roofing. Great experience…professional, courteous, prompt and on top of that, they know their stuff. 5 Stars!
