Great customer service!

I called Royalty Roofing on Tuesday and made an appointment for Wed morning. Russ came out the next morning right on time. He inspected my roof, explained the problem and went over the options for repair. He was very professional.

So far this is one of the most professional contractors I’ve ever dealt with. The representative, Elizabeth Hawkins, has shown her knowledge of the industry, her willingness to work with us, and promptness This appears to be a very professional and reputable business that I would highly recommend if they need a roofer. Lastly I’d like to say that Elizabeth has been an excellent person to work with.

TJ came out and gave me a free estimate. He was very helpful and helped me figure out where our leak was coming in from. I would recommend using Royalty Roofing and TJ for any roofing or siding needs.
